C-ILM Level 3

Location

This course will be conducted through video conferencing. It facilitates interactive two-way communication, allowing delegates to ask questions. Each attendee must have a webcam and microphone for identity verification and the ability to respond to examination questions.

Note: The minimum age of attendance for this course is 16 years old, however delegates who are under the age of 18 must bring a completed parental consent form to the first day of the training course.

Entry Requirements

The minimum entry is a good understanding of spoken and written English.

This course is suitable for all levels.

The C-ILM Level 3 in Leadership & Management Part 1 and 2 Award and Certificate qualification is an entry level qualification for anyone with management responsibilities but no formal qualification. It is particularly suited to up and coming or practising team leaders/managers seeking to move up to the next level of management, and managers who need to lead people through organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures.

These are non-technical qualifications that are aimed at up and coming, or current team leaders, supervisors and managers looking to gain a thorough understanding of leadership and management principles to effectively lead, supervise and safely manage staff.
